Individual Therapy

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma  or self esteem issues, our individual therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. We provide services for individuals between the ages of 10-65 with specializations in working with young adults ages 18-25.  Our therapists provide support with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Many of our therapist are bilingual in Spanish.
