Working with children with special needs is super rewarding! Every day you can make a difference in a child’s life.
We serve families all over Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. We are looking for caring, professional individuals who love working with children and families to join our team. We offer competitive pay and opportunity for flexible work schedules (from 5 to 30 hours per week). Compensation for travel time and mileage as well as health insurance is provided to eligible employees. We also provide supervision and hours for those working towards becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
I have been in this field for over 17 years, supporting children and adults with special needs. CDM has been key in furthering my professional development and provides exemplary support and treatment. They have supported my desire to further my education by providing a flexible work schedule and have continued to provide guidance as I hone my skills.
