BCBA
As a BCBA with CDM, you will have the backing of our co-founders and our Clinical Support Team to offer ideas and coaching on challenging cases. It’s an opportunity for thought leadership, working as a team member alongside our excellent clinical team.
What’s a day in the life for a CDM BCBA? Of course no one day is like another, which is part of the beauty of this profession, but here’s a snapshot of what you can expect: BCBAs create behavior plans, modify ABA programs and analyze progress. You’ll have access to cutting-edge technology to support scheduling and client communication, electronic data collection systems, plus monthly support meetings fostering real-time case feedback and evaluation. To help you remain client-focused, we also have client intake, billing, and insurance teams to take care of the administrative paperwork.
Direct Therapist
Direct Therapists provide service and support in our client’s home. In-home support may involve helping a child develop emotionally and behaviorally using behavioral techniques or play-based approaches. We strongly believe in the importance of providing direct, consistent, and frequent supervision so rest assured, you will not feel alone when you are out in the field. CDM clients range in age from 2 years through 21 years.
